  • Felony Crimes
  • Organized Retail Theft
  • Wearing a Mask (while committing a crime)

This bill would also seek to change current rules regarding the detainment of violent suspects. If passed, it would make permanent provisions for a any adult charged with a violent crime to be held in jail until trial, even if they had not been previously convicted of another violent crime. It will also expand the amount of time a juvenile can be held. If a young person commits a violent crime with a gun, an imitation firearm or knife, they can be held until trial. This applies to certain unarmed offenses as well, including murder, first-degree sexual abuse and carjacking.

The majority of folks arrested carjacking in 2023 were juveniles.

Life sentences! Hello, get real America.

The gunman who killed 10 people and injured three more in a racist mass shooting at a Buffalo, New York supermarket last year was sentenced on Wednesday to life in prison without parole.

Brian Dowling, the 18year old black male that brutally stabbed Ryan Carson to death, was captured and spotted crying like a little bitch in the back of a police cruiser. He’s been charged with one count each of murder and criminal possession of a weapon. On the video, it appears that Dowling also spit on and threatened Carson’s girlfriend after the stabbing. If so, this A–hole should also be charged with felonious assault against Claudia Morales.

Dowling is a juvenile, so he will cry in court to gain sympathy and will probably get Life with the possibility of parole after some time.

These animals commit murder of one or more citizens and only get Life in prison. “WHAT A JOKE” We all know that in many Blue states Life is not really Life, and with or without parole, taxpayers still pay dearly to house, feed, and keep this scum in good medical condition until they are either paroled or dead.

The remedy for this is to save Americans money and…

Just after 3:45 a.m., police were called to the 4000 block of 13th Street SE, for the report of a shooting. The victim, a woman, was shot and killed. This shooting happened amid a spate of overnight shootings. Metropolitan police advised that there were at least four other shootings overnight reported within hours of each other.

  • 900 block of Shepherd Street NW
  • 1400 block of M Street NW
  • 100 block of Wayne Place SE
  • 2500 block of Georgia Avenue NW

It’s not yet known how many fatalities there were if any, but the shootings contribute to growing concerns about gun violence and homicide rates within the District of Columbia and the seeming inability of authorities to curb the violence. The city has seen more than 214 homicides according to the latest data from the Metropolitan Police Department.
